YOGA for YOU​

Welcome. My name is Ambika. I achieved my yoga qualification in India in 2008 and I have taught in India, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. I currently live in Torre Del Mar, Malaga, Spain.

I offer drop-in classes and beginners courses in Torre Del Mar.  I also offer one to one sessions (women only) in Torre Del Mar and Nerja.

Your yoga class can be as challenging as you wish to make it. I will never force you to do any posture you are not comfortable with.  There is no race to achieve anything in yoga, the doing of it is achievement enough.  In time you will gain strength and flexibility and achieve a level of well-being that will benefit you in your daily life.
